Sand Dollar is one of the sea ponies who appears in the special My Little Pony: Escape From Catrina

Sand Dollar only appeared in Escape from Catrina, she was shown playing volleyball with the other sea ponies and land ponies, when Baby Moondancer was accidentally knocked into the water Sand Dollar and her friends hastily dive under water to rescue her, luckily Baby Moondancer was fine and found the whole thing fun and Sand Dollar got on with the ball game.
Later on at the costume ball that night Sand Dollar and all the other sea ponies sang dressed like a dream as all the little ponies and baby ponies came down wearing ponywear.

Sand Dollar is a pink adult sea pony, she had chartreuse hair and wears a pink ribbon.
Merchandise[]
Sand Dollar was released in 1985 as one of the six adult sea ponies, being one of the three along with Whitecap and Sea to make a TV appearance. The other three did not though there was a background sea pony that had the colours of Wave Jumper singing dressed like a dream.
