Sun Shower is one of the baby sea ponies who live in the waters of Dream Valley.
History[]
Sun Shower makes her first appearance in the movie when she and Water Lily are playing in the water they notice the witches from the Volcano of Gloom planning to ruin the spring festival by flooding it. So they get a giant seashell and divert the water drenching the witches. Sun shower makes her first tv appearance in the ghost of Paradise Estate where she helps Megan, Danny, Molly and Fizzy travel underwater in Fizzy's giant air bubbles. She is also in Sweet Stuff and the Treasure Hunt, when she, Ripple and Water Lily invite Sweet Stuff to play a game with them, they are playing water polo but they decide to use Sweet Stuff as the goal post so she decides to leave them to their game.
Sun Shower was also part of return of Tambelon, first appearing when Fizzy is afraid to cross the water to chase a butterfly, Fizzy decides to just wink across. But when Fizzy doesn't return the baby sea ponies are worried, as they should be as the unicorns all winked into the realm of darkness which contained Grogar who returned to Ponyland and invaded Dream Valley, capturing most of the ponies, including Sun shower who while not seen was most likely in the same dungeon as all the others either in water or not. Sun Shower was likely carried out with Beachcomber, Ripple and Sea Shimmer when everyone escaped Tambelon and rejoined Surf Rider and Water Lily in the waters of Dream Valley.
She is also in the magic coins, unfortunately when the coins that could grant wishes are used they nearly prove to be the end of the baby sea ponies, when Baby Lickety Split wishes it would never rain again Ponyland begins drying away, Water Lily and all the others become beached as their rivers and lakes dry up and they would soon die if they didn’t get back to water. But luckily as all seemed lost as Dream Valley burned in flames the troll Niblick reversed the magic coins power and it rained making the baby sea ponies better.
Sun Shower makes her last appearance in through the door where she and the other baby sea ponies are being charmed by Prince Charming who ignored the fact they’re only babies or didn’t know.
Appearance[]
Sun Shower appears like every other baby sea pony, she is yellow with orange hair and blue eyes and uses a blue alligator float.
Personality[]
Sun Shower and the other baby sea ponies have indistinguishable personalities, they are all shown to be fun loving and playful, loving to play in water and play games of water polo, also wanting to be helpful when they can be like helping Megan and the others travel underwater.

Sun Shower was first released in 1986 as one of the pretty and pearly baby sea ponies, her pose is the Water Lily pose though in the UK she was released in the Backstroke pose.
